Founder-led, hospitality-built and still close to the work.
Mark came up through hospitality operations, where “training” often means a live shift, a broken system and somebody looking at you for an answer. Solving those problems pulled him into networks, vendors, infrastructure and software. Eventually, hospitality technology stopped being the extra responsibility and became the work.
FOH Visual — immersive digital commerce and sales enablement for hospitality.
Meet Mark
Mark Evans is the founder of FOH Digital and builder of FOH Visual. He learned technology the hospitality way: on the job, under pressure and usually because something had to work before the next guest arrived.
He did not set out to become “the technology guy.” He just kept stepping into the gaps. Someone once told him, “Opportunity lies where responsibility abdicates.” That stuck. If a network, vendor, POS system or integration affected the operation, he learned enough to solve the problem and keep moving.
Outside FOH, his most consistent hobby is probably finding a new hobby. Current and recurring interests include cooking, woodworking, plants, photography, making things, fixing things and spending a completely reasonable amount of time daydreaming about whatever project might come next.

A digital property and immersive sales layer for hospitality teams selling physical spaces.
If there is something new to learn, build, cook, grow or take apart, it probably has Mark’s attention.
FOH is being built with an intentionally hands-on connection to local businesses and hospitality teams.
The Point of View
Mark came to technology through hospitality, not the other way around. That changes the questions: what is happening on the floor, who is waiting on the system, and what breaks when it does not work?
The best technical decisions usually start with the hospitality question that comes first: what does the operation actually need?
That idea sits underneath FOH Visual and the broader digital-property thesis.
The goal is not more software. The goal is less friction.
Current Project
FOH Visual helps hotel sales teams turn spaces, 360 media, floorplans and sales content into a digital property planners can actually explore.
FOH Visual is being built to close that gap — turning the property itself into structured, shareable and measurable digital sales infrastructure.
The Other Projects
The hobbies rotate, multiply and occasionally become much bigger projects than intended. The common thread is curiosity: learn how something works, make or improve something, then get distracted by the next interesting thing.
Equal parts dinner, experiment and excuse to buy one more kitchen tool.
A satisfying combination of planning, making, fixing mistakes and ending up with something real.
Part design project, part science experiment and a very slow form of optimism.
A soft spot for neighborhood projects, local ideas and helping make the places around him a little better.
A surprising amount of FOH — and plenty of completely unrelated ideas — starts here.
Founder-Led, For Now
FOH Digital is founder-led for now. As it grows, the goal is to add builders, hospitality people, commercial leaders and technical talent without losing the practical point of view it started with.
